Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
A simple recipe for roasting pumpkin seeds. All you need is butter and a little salt!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds clean and dry
- 2 tsp butter, melted
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F
- Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt.
- Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Stir occasionally.
- Enjoy!
Notes
If you're using seeds from your freshly carved pumpkin, make sure to remove all the pumpkin pulp, wash and dry seeds.
Feel free to spice up this recipe! You can use garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, or any of your other favourite spices!
