Grandchildren, treat Grandma and Grandpa to a trip out to our picking fields Wednesday mornings and skip the promise-to-pick fee all season long! Head out on a wagon ride for a fun day of picking, skipping our promise to pick fee, but of course paying for the crops you do choose to bring home. Enjoy this fun time at the farm from open until 11AM all season long (from our opening date in May, until closing October 31st)!
You can head out to pick any of our in season crops every Wednesday from open until 11AM all season long!
Calling all grandparents! We’re asking for your help to show the next generation (your grandchildren) where their food comes from! A trip to the farm is a great opportunity to build memories together while connecting with your local food.
There is no registration required. Simply head over to our farm any Wednesday throughout the season between open and 11AM. When checking in to go out to our picking fields simply let our staff know you’re there for Grandparents day and our “promise to pick” fee will be waived! We will of course still ask you still cover the cost of your crops picked on your way out.
