- 1 lb Barrie Hill Farms Asparagus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Preheat your grill to medium heat, approximately 350-400 degrees. Brush your grill clean.
Prepare your asparagus by rinsing it and snapping the woody ends off.
Toss your asparagus in a bowl with your olive oil until coated, then sprinkle on your salt and pepper and toss again.
Place your asparagus directly on the grill across your grill plates, close your lid and grill for approximately 6-8minutes until tender but crisp. Use tongs to roll half way through for even grill marks.
Transfer to your serving dish and serve hot.
