You heard right…asparagus has officially arrived! The warm weather this past week has been great for the asparagus, we have lots!

Along with everyone’s beloved asparagus, we have a great selection of fresh Ontario fruits and vegetables  to choose from in the market.

Every year we try to add some new produce and products to the market. This season we are excited to announce the addition of a new produce fridge and freezer. Our new fridge will feature leafy greens and herbs all season long. Right now it is full of fresh Ontario living lettuce and  organic microgreens, wild fiddleheads, leeks and of course, asparagus!

Our new freezer has delicious homemade entrees, meat pies, soups, garlic cloves and edamame. Coming soon to our freezer are fruit crisps made from our very own berries!

Pick Up Something for Mum 

If you just remembered its Mother’s Day this Sunday don’t worry, Barrie Hill Farms has you covered. We are open all weekend so come in and find the perfect gift for mum.

Choose from a selection of beautiful bouquets, hanging flowering baskets, hanging strawberry baskets, herbs and herb gardens, patio tomato plants and much more. We will also be making up a variety of  gift baskets this weekend featuring all locally made treats such as Ontario Pecans, granola, and honey.  Don’t forget to pick up a card featuring pictures taken here on the farm to celebrate all the mom’s in our lives.
