Method
- Preheat your grill to medium heat, approximately 350-400 degrees. Brush your grill clean.
- Prepare your asparagus by rinsing it and snapping the woody ends off.
- Toss your asparagus in a bowl with your olive oil until coated, then sprinkle on your salt and pepper and toss again.
- Place your asparagus directly on the grill across your grill plates, close your lid and grill for approximately 6-8minutes until tender but crisp. Use tongs to roll half way through for even grill marks.
- Transfer to your serving dish and serve hot.
