Have you ever picked your own popping corn? Join us on our farm and take a scenic wagon ride out to our picking fields where you can pick-your-own popping corn! Don’t forget to stop at our Silo Café when you’re finished picking and treat yourself to a cozy fall treat, like our farm favourite apple cider donuts, or a fresh pressed hot apple cider!
No pre-booking required!
To board our wagon out to our picking fields, we have a $8.00 “promise to pick” fee for all persons age 6-96. This promise to pick fee is a promise that you’re going to help Farmer Morris pick his crops. This pre-paid “promise to pick” fee then gets deducted from your total cost of crops picked.
Our pick-your-own popping corn is $10/dozen or $1 each. So if you pick a dozen, you’ll have covered your “promise-to-pick” fee and only pay the difference at check-out!
Our popping corn is typically ready for picking daily from the end of September all the way though October. Our farm is open from 9AM-6PM Monday to Friday, and 9AM-5PM weekends and holidays. Last tractor leaves to our popping corn field 30 minutes before we close.
Join us Saturday September 21st & Sunday September 22nd for all things Fall! Pick-your-own apples & pumpkins, enjoy all the fall treats from our Silo Café while you listen to live music & wander the local artisan vendor booths from The Sunday Market!
