Frozen Strawberry Sorbet
A light and refreshing simple desert that everyone at your table will love & enjoy

Non stick loaf pan
ice cream scoop
- 3 cups Frozen Strawberries You can actually use any frozen berries you have on hand or a mix is yummy too
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp Barrie Hill Farm Honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Add all ingredients to blender and blitz until smooth
Pour into non stick pan and freeze until ready to serve
If made longer than 1 hour prior to serving and is really firm. Just break into chunks and re blitz in blender before serving
