Place your Barrie Hill Farms raspberries evenly on a parchment lined baking sheet, ensuring there is space between each berry, and they are not touching.
Gently flatten each raspberry with a fork to create space for your peanut butter, do not squish.
Place a small amount of peanut butter on top of each raspberry.
Place the baking sheet with your peanut butter raspberries in the freezer. Allow to freeze for approximately 45 minutes.
Place your chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave them in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until chocolate is melted.
Using a fork, dip your raspberries one at a time into the chocolate, ensuring they are coated. Then place them back on the baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet with your chocolate covered raspberries back in the freezer for 5-10 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
Store them in an airtight container in your freezer. Allow them to sit out to soften a few minutes before you eat them. Enjoy!
