Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb asparagus lightly grilled, sliced to 1/4"
  • 4 large tomatoes diced 1/4"
  • 1 Serrano chili finely chopped
  • 4 green onions sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro roughly chopped
  • 1 large lime squeezed
  • salt and pepper season to taste
  • 1 garlic clove finely chopped or crushed

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and leave for 30 minutes for ingredients to infuse. Serve with Asparagus Tortilla Chips.
