- In a mason jar or lidded container, stir together the oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to let the oats soak and the flavors mingle.
- In the morning, give it a stir, add extra berries on top if you’d like, and enjoy!
